When does the 2019 College Football Season Start?



2019 College Football Season

The 2019 College Football Season is slated to begin on Saturday August 24th, 2019. The first Saturday features only 1 game, with the real first week of the season beginning on Thursday, August 29th. After 14 weeks of football, the conference championship games will be held on Saturday, December 7th. We have all College Football Weekly Schedules available.


College Football Playoffs

The 2019-2020 College Football Playoffs will begin with the two semi-final bowl games on December 28th. This year's semi-final bowl games are the Fiesta Bowl and the Peach Bowl. The College Football National Championship Game will be played on Monday, January 13th, 2019 at 8:00 PM Eastern.
