5 minutes extra time will be given to any team delay of the starting time before calling a forfeit of the game.
Once the players registered in a team only those registered will play for every game. No new players allowed to participate. If violated direct expulsion form the league.
Strongly recommend to apply sportsmanship through out the league. I any violent act occurred during the game of play direct RED card will be issued /skip two games
Referee decision will be final/ Main referee has authority to overcome a decision of an assistant referee.
